Well so much has happened I hardly know where to begin!

MakeIT Workshops has a new home, in East Hoathly, East Sussex. To have a look at new studio see the pictures below.

The opening party was great fun, thank you to everyone who came and made it such a success.

There was bunting and bubbly and cupcakes (courtesy of the Little Village Cake Company, but you had to be there early to get one). Anyone who wanted could try out the fleet of brand spanking new sewing machines and overlockers, and many of the clothes on display were tried out for size.

A lot of late nights and early mornings were needed to get the studio decorated and furnished, there was drilling and hammering, sewing and printing, cleaning and tidying, and it just wouldn't have been possible without help from so many friends and family, here's to you all and all your help! To build on the success of Monday and Thursday evening classes, we now run a Tuesday night class at the new studio in East Hoathly, there are also daytime classes starting on Wednesdays mornings after Autumn half term. Book Now!

This years Stitch and Knit Show at Alexandra Palace was an inspiration! We came home laden with goodies, trolleys bulging at the seams. Missed it this year?
